“New Rules” is a track from Dua Lipa, which was expected to be included on her self-titled debut album due out February 10. The song was included in an album sampler with the tracks “New Love”, “Be the One” and a demo of “Last Dance” and it was sent out over a year ago. The album sampler leaked and, by default, this is out there.
