Martin Solveig - Places ft. Ina Wroldsen (Official Music Video)

Fresh from its global release on 25th November, Parisian hitmaker Martin Solveig has now revealed the official music video for ‘Places’ feat. Ina Wroldsen. ‘Places’ has already hit over one million streams on Spotify and has championing radio support from BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, Clara Amfo, Adele Roberts and many more.

The video for ‘Places’ focuses on supermodel and Arizona Muse, as she wanders through the stunning Ibizan landscape. We follow her Balearic journey, which features snippets of Martin’s spectacular ‘My House’ party at Café Mambo and Pacha. The artistic video delivers a flashback to Martin’s time in the White Isle and reminds us that summer is never too far away.

Exploring a fresh new sound for this single, ‘Places’ is a piano-driven track, armed with a bubbling bassline and flowing percussive elements, perfectly complimented by Ina Wroldsen’s sultry vocals. Norwegian singer/songwriter Ina Wroldsen has already made an impact on the global music scene, lending her vocals to Calvin Harris & Disciples’ hit ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ and her songwriting talents to Clean Bandit’s chart-topping hit ‘Rockabye’. Ina has collaborated with several of pop music’s finest, including the likes of Jess Glynne, One Direction, Little Mix & Calvin Harris.

‘Places’ is set to build on the success of Martin’s summer anthem ‘Do It Right’ feat. Tkay Maidza. Appointed a ‘Future Anthem’ by BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, ‘Do It Right’ went on to pick up over 60 million global streams. Elsewhere, ‘Do It Right’ is the soundtrack to the latest Stuart Weitzman campaign, starring supermodel Gigi Hadid, directed by the multi-talented James Franco.

This summer Martin played a string of shows and festivals across in the UK, including Electric Daisy Carnival, Creamfields and Capital FM’s Monster Mashup. He recently performed a special guest set at the DJ Snake party in Paris, followed by a set at the Cream Steel Yard event in Liverpool. Not stopping there, Martin recently remixed Flume’s single ‘Never Be Like You’, as well as spending time collaborating in the studio with a wealth of artists including Oliver Heldens, Clean Bandit, and Tiga.
