Skylar Grey is back with another Eminem-produced single. This time around, the frequent collaborators unleash “Come Up for Air,” a love song with a twist. “[It’s] technically a break-up song, but it’s about loving the other person so much that you’ll wait forever for them to come back to you,” said Skylar. “Even if that means you’ll die alone.”
Directed by Daniel Carberry, the song’s stunning video gives Grey’s lyrics added depth. In it, Skylar appears somber in front of a white backdrop as she gets lost and frozen thanks to the elements of nature.
